Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of compliance across various hardware products and global markets.

• Determine certification requirements for new markets.

• Establish regulatory labeling requirements for packaging, products, and user manuals.

• Coordinate certifications, test reports, and regulatory documentation.

• Collaborate with Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.

• Keep track of regulatory changes and manage certificate renewals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with international product compliance in the consumer electronics sector.

• Ability to manage end-to-end testing and compliance for RF, EMC, and Safety standards (e.g., FCC, CE, IC, RED, NCC).

• Familiarity with environmental product compliance, including WEEE, RoHS, packaging, and Battery EPR registrations in key sales regions.

• Capability to oversee the compliance process from start to finish.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with globally distributed hardware products.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in supporting product launches across multiple international markets.

• Nice-to-have: Background in a rapidly growing consumer electronics company with global distribution.
