Compliance Coordinator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate candidates’ criminal background reports, motor vehicle records (MVRs), employment history, and educational background reports.

• Ensure adherence to Ryder's policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

• Offer guidance regarding departmental services, functions, and best practices.

• Assist recruiting partners and the business in their endeavors.

• Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

• Prepare reports and maintain organized files.

• Locate, compile, and input data into databases, files, or spreadsheets.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Compliance Team.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field and/or Human Resources is required.

• Strong knowledge of products relevant to the role.

• Advanced skills within the functional area.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.

• Capability to establish and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Competence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong follow-up approach.

• May require verification of employment and education, motor vehicle records check, and a road test, as well as customer badging or background checks.
