Compliance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist the Head of Compliance in the approval of assets and ensure that the Asset Listing process adheres to regulatory standards.

• Maintain the inventory of policies and procedures.

• Supervise the implementation of PGSL’s Compliance Monitoring Plan.

• Manage the CBI correspondence log along with associated regulatory scanning feeds.

• Aid in the preparation of compliance reports for Committee and Board meetings.

• Contribute to the execution of the annual PGSL Training Plan.

• Help in sustaining PGSL’s AML/CFT Framework.

• Work alongside the Head of Compliance on horizon scanning and the adoption of new regulatory mandates.

• Support continuous compliance with relevant regulatory obligations.

• Assist in handling regulatory inquiries and examinations, which includes document and data retrieval.

• Identify and implement efficiencies and enhancements to processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in executing Compliance and AML/CFT plans with accuracy and efficiency.

• Capability to effectively manage stringent deadlines and relationships with key stakeholders.

• Practical expertise in compliance and AML/CFT management methodologies.

• Experience in and/or enthusiasm for crypto is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.

• At least 5 years of experience in Compliance-related business functions.

• In-depth knowledge of both domestic and international regulations, especially those pertaining to crypto.
