Compliance and Project Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Monitor certifications, audits, and compliance processes.

• Collect, organize, and keep evidence and compliance documentation up to date.

• Manage deadlines, renewals, versions, and compliance calendars.

• Provide support to clients, auditors, vendors, and the sales team regarding compliance requirements.

• Track suppliers, policies, certificates, and third-party documentation.

• Research and follow up on regulatory changes and new compliance requirements.

• Oversee Human in the Loop (HITL) processes related to compliance.

• Handle requirements related to Trust Centers and security questionnaires.

• Coordinate multiple certifications, audits, evidence, and requirements across various markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.

• Solid background in Compliance, GRC, Audit, Quality, or Regulatory Operations.

• Exposure to Human in the Loop (HITL) processes.

• Experience managing audits or certifications, including handling associated evidence and documentation.

• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HITRUST, HIPAA, or GDPR is preferred.

• Familiarity with Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, or equivalent tools is a plus.

• Experience managing Trust Centers and security questionnaires is desirable.

• Experience managing Cyber Liability / Tech E&O policies is valued.

• Experience in technology environments or startups is advantageous.
