This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review expert call transcripts to identify and address instances of confidential and material nonpublic information in line with internal protocols, relevant laws/regulations, and industry standards.

• Conduct thorough due diligence for each call, document any violations in detail, and escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines as needed.

• Perform in-depth research of financial reports and regulatory filings utilizing internal databases and external resources to ascertain the existence of information in the public domain.

• Effectively manage both internal and external communications in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

• Enter, monitor, and keep accurate records of processes, transcripts, and workflows.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work from 2pm to 10pm Pacific Time.

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance/financial/business analyst, or in a similar role, though not mandatory.

• Possess strong transferable skills in research and analysis.

• Exhibit acute attention to detail along with strong reading comprehension skills.

• Experience in proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research tasks.

• Capability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and remain organized while working independently.

• Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to innovative solutions.
