• Analyze data and create compensation frameworks for clients

• Conduct job matching and benchmarking activities

• Manage compensation data effectively

• Experience in conducting internal equity assessments

• Strong ability to present findings in a clear and professional manner

• Capability to translate complex analyses into practical insights for business leaders
