This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.

• Cultivate and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication.

• Recognize the unique requirements of clients and their employees.

• Ensure client satisfaction and promote retention.

• Keep clients updated regarding new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities.

• Enhance the existing benefits portfolio.

• Introduce innovative bonus structures.

• Create customized benefits programs.

• Offer strategic guidance to clients.

• Evaluate current benefits systems.

• Develop future-ready solutions to boost employee satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to generate new ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management.

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

• Possess empathy, confidence, and assertiveness.

• Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Excellent, persuasive, and highly effective presentation and communication abilities.

• Strong consulting capabilities.

• Independent, solution-oriented, and methodical approach to work.

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Solid commercial knowledge.

• Proficient in both German and English at a business level.

• Good understanding of project management.

• Interest in technical subjects.
