This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.

• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication.

• Assess the unique needs of clients and their employees.

• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

• Keep clients updated on new benefits, developments, and opportunities for optimization.

• Enhance the existing benefits portfolio.

• Introduce innovative bonus models.

• Create tailored benefits programs.

• Offer strategic guidance to clients.

• Evaluate current benefits systems.

• Develop forward-thinking solutions to boost employee satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to generate new ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• Strong customer and service orientation.

• Empathy, confidence, and assertiveness.

• Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Clear, persuasive, and presentation-oriented communication skills for both individual discussions and group presentations.

• Strong consulting abilities.

• Independent, solution-focused, and structured work approach.

• Excellent organizational skills and solid commercial knowledge.

• Proficiency in German and English, with strong negotiation capabilities.

• Solid project management skills.

• Interest in technical subjects.
