This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication.

• Recognize the unique needs of clients and their employees.

• Ensure client satisfaction and promote retention.

• Keep clients regularly updated on new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities.

• Enhance the current benefits portfolio.

• Implement creative bonus models.

• Create customized benefits programs.

• Offer strategic advice to clients.

• Assess existing benefits systems.

• Develop forward-thinking solutions to boost employee satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management.

• Strong customer and service focus.

• Empathetic, confident, and assertive demeanor.

• Capability to cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships.

• Clear, persuasive, and confident presentation abilities.

• Strong consulting aptitude.

• Independent, solution-driven, and organized work approach.

• Excellent organizational skills combined with solid commercial knowledge.

• Fluent in business German and English.

• Robust project management capabilities.

• Passion for technical subjects.
