This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
β’ Create, maintain, and enhance compensation dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), executive reporting, and analytical tools.
β’ Assist in compensation planning, workforce planning, labor cost analysis, salary movement, incentive effectiveness, pay equity, pay compression, and internal alignment reviews.
β’ Collaborate with HRIS, Technology, vendors, and members of the Compensation team to optimize Workday functionality and enhance system capabilities.
β’ Support data integrations and develop scalable self-service reporting tools.
β’ Design and enhance technology-enabled processes for incentive administration, including tracking eligibility, managing goals, overseeing participant management, validating payouts, automating reporting, and preparing audit-supporting documentation.
β’ Identify, assess, and promote the use of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve compensation decision-making and process efficiency.
β’ Establish and uphold compensation data governance, data quality controls, workflow documentation, and reporting standards.
β’ Provide analytics and technology expertise for job architecture, salary structures, market pricing, compensation roadmaps, project implementations, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
β’ Take ownership of tasks and challenges faced in this role.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
β’ An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
β’ A minimum of three years of related experience in compensation, HR analytics, workforce analytics, HR technology, data reporting, or business analytics is preferred.
β’ Experience in supporting compensation planning, salary administration, incentive compensation, market pricing, reporting, dashboards, or process automation is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS, Workday, business intelligence tools, data management processes, or cross-functional project support is preferred.
β’ CCP or PMP certification is preferred.
β’ Certifications in Compensation, HR analytics, Workday, data analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or related areas are preferred.
β’ Understanding of compensation concepts, including salary administration, market pricing, incentive compensation, pay equity, pay compression, and internal alignment.
β’ Excellent analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend identification, result validation, and translating findings into actionable insights.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting, dashboard, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
β’ Working knowledge of HRIS systems, compensation technology, data integrations, workflow documentation, and data quality practices.
β’ Capability to support process automation, system enhancements, reporting improvements, and technology-enabled solutions.
β’ Familiarity with artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, machine learning concepts, or applications of emerging technology is preferred.
β’ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, project coordination abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
β’ Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Good judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential compensation, employee, and business information appropriately.
β’ Proficient in communicating in person, via phone, and through electronic channels.
β’ Ability to frequently use a computer, including typing and maintaining focus on a monitor.
β’ Capability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods and perform bending and reaching tasks.
