This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement training materials and programs that inform HR Business Partners and managers about compensation-related topics and initiatives; conduct formal education sessions and presentations.

• Offer insights and recommendations to HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and business leaders based on a comprehensive understanding of departmental needs and objectives.

• Manage the market data process, which includes collecting, submitting, and analyzing data.

• Investigate federal, state, and local compliance issues such as wage and hour laws and IRS regulations; perform FLSA reviews as necessary; propose policy and process updates in response to legal changes.

• Utilize expertise and best practices to spearhead compensation initiatives that involve analysis, revision, development, or redesign of compensation programs.

• Cultivate and maintain extensive business knowledge; develop insights into key business performance drivers and their significance to compensation programs.

• Proactively assess pay trends and metrics; communicate findings and provide actionable recommendations regarding technologies, processes, and plan designs to HR leadership.

• Establish base pay strategies, policies, and programs; oversee annual salary planning and the maintenance of salary structures.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners, identifying and addressing compensation issues while ensuring programs align with business and employee needs.

• Act as an innovative thought leader contributing to the growth and quality of the HR department.

• Mentor, coach, and guide other team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in the role of a Compensation Professional.

• Completion of coursework from World at Work.

• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and tact.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that reflect a professional demeanor and the capability to engage with an executive presence.

• Motivated to learn and remain professionally updated.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, showcasing a talent for finding common ground in task completion and problem-solving.

• Outstanding project management capabilities.

• Highly organized with a strong track record of successful multitasking.

• Exceptional ability to create logical and compelling PowerPoint presentations.

• Excellent skills in focusing on key issues, researching, gathering, and integrating information from diverse sources to formulate sound recommendations.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
