This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +3 more countries.
• Take ownership of the complete design of sales compensation plans and incentive structures that align with revenue objectives.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the SPIFF program, from conceptualization and launch to payout and retrospective analysis of ROI.
• Oversee the compensation calculation, payout processes, and reporting systems.
• Maintain documentation for compensation plans, quota assignments, and historical changes to plans.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Finance, and Payroll to ensure accurate plan design, quota setting, and payout accuracy.
• Model various plan scenarios and payout economics prior to implementation.
• Suggest modifications to plans based on performance analytics and market comparisons.
• Create, develop, and implement SPIFF programs, including their mechanics, eligibility criteria, targets, and payout structures.
• Monitor SPIFF performance and provide reports on ROI.
• Execute the complete compensation calculation and payout process for each cycle.
• Develop and maintain a reporting infrastructure that ensures accurate compensation at scale.
• Create dashboards and reports to track compensation attainment, plan performance, and SPIFF ROI.
• Collaborate with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and analysis of compensation costs.
• Work alongside RevOps to ensure CRM data integrity and identify design issues, payout discrepancies, or gaming risks.
• Proven experience in designing and managing sales compensation plans within a B2B SaaS context.
• Hands-on experience in building and executing SPIFF programs from start to finish.
• Proficient in Excel and possess strong analytical modeling abilities.
• Capable of overseeing both the strategic design and the operational aspects of a compensation program.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding employee pay accuracy.
• Familiarity with compensation/ICM platforms (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff) is a plus.
• Experience managing compensation across diverse currencies or regions is advantageous.
• Background in directly partnering with Finance on compensation accruals and forecasting is beneficial.
• Actively contribute as an effective member of an integrated team.
