Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the annual planning process for merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.

• Leverage market data and internal pay analysis to offer compensation recommendations for new roles, internal transitions, and market assessments.

• Conduct market benchmarking for positions and engage in salary surveys.

• Collaborate with business leaders to manage and administer short-term incentive programs.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, ensuring adherence to local regulations and FLSA standards.

• Serve as an advisor to external partners on compensation-related initiatives.

• Provide general reporting and data analytics support to HR cross-functional teams, including HR Operations and Talent.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office Excel.

• Familiarity with general compensation practices, including job evaluation and market pricing.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting/finance, or human resources.

• Completion of CCP coursework is preferred.

• 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or Finance.

• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
