Community Podiatrist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional podiatry care to clients.

• Perform thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes efficiently.

• Provide tailored podiatry services focusing on the individual needs of clients through a person-centred approach.

• Conduct assessments and offer interventions to patients and clients in their own residences.

• Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals, General Practitioners, and other Healthcare Professionals to ensure effective patient care.

• Prepare initial, progress, and final reports along with treatment management plans that comply with NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and aged care funding standards.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Care Coordinators, General Practitioners, community centres, and other referrers.

• Operate within a multi-disciplinary community environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Podiatry.

• General registration with AHPRA.

• Capability to work both within a multi-disciplinary team and independently in the community.

• Passion for working with older adults and individuals with disabilities.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Access to a personal vehicle along with comprehensive car insurance.

• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.

• Readiness to receive an annual flu vaccination.

• Certification in CPR.
