Community Manager – LatAm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand communities across platforms such as Meta, Telegram, TikTok, and Discord.

• Develop, publish, and localize posts, stories, and social updates in accordance with the content strategy.

• Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely, engaging, and authentic manner.

• Organize and implement contests, polls, giveaways, and other interactive initiatives.

• Collaborate with designers and video producers to ensure content is polished, on-brand, and consistent with campaign strategy.

• Track follower growth, engagement, and reach, providing insights to the team lead.

• Stay informed about local iGaming trends, competitors, and social media activities to discover content ideas, trends, and campaign possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Community Management.

• Practical experience managing communities on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Telegram.

• Experience with Discord is an advantage.

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish with a thorough understanding of regional nuances throughout Latin America.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.

• Capability to create compelling content and tailor messaging for various audiences and platforms.

• Experience in developing and managing community campaigns.

• A strategic and innovative mindset for enhancing engagement and community building.

• A proactive and optimistic attitude.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• University degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

• A clear police record is mandatory.
