Community Manager – LatAm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand communities on platforms like Meta, Telegram, TikTok, and Discord.

• Create, publish, and adapt posts, stories, and other social media updates in line with the content plan.

• Promptly monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in an authentic and engaging manner.

• Strategize and implement contests, polls, giveaways, and other interactive initiatives.

• Work closely with designers and video producers to ensure that content is on-brand and aligns with the campaign strategy.

• Track follower growth, engagement, and reach, providing insights to the team lead.

• Stay updated on local iGaming trends, competitor activities, and social media movements to uncover content ideas, trends, and campaign opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Community Management.

• Practical experience managing communities on Meta, TikTok, and Telegram.

• Familiarity with Discord is advantageous.

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish with a strong grasp of regional nuances across Latin America.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in creating and managing community campaigns.

• A proactive and positive approach, with the capability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.

• A university degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

• A clear police record is mandatory.
