This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily activity on social media channels for various client accounts.

• Address comments, inquiries, and direct messages while upholding the client's brand voice and tone.

• Interact with followers and enhance relevant user-generated content.

• Cultivate positive community sentiment and foster brand loyalty.

• Manage interactions in accordance with client guidelines, escalation procedures, and brand voice documentation.

• Monitor response times and highlight urgent or sensitive comments.

• Track mentions, tags, conversations, and online reviews related to the brand.

• Generate weekly sentiment reports that include week-over-week and month-over-month analyses.

• Detect audience feedback trends and notify teams of reputation concerns or crisis situations.

• Promote positive feedback and testimonials with necessary permissions.

• Observe competitor social activities and community engagement strategies.

• Identify, catalog, and secure permissions for user-generated content.

• Cultivate relationships with brand advocates and support community initiatives.

• Conduct research on influencers, creators, ambassadors, and micro-influencers.

• Develop creator databases and evaluate authenticity, demographics, content quality, and brand compatibility.

• Execute creator outreach and monitor responses and potential partnership opportunities.

• Organize influencer briefs, timelines, deliverables, content calendars, and approvals.

• Review creator content to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and compliance with FTC disclosures.

• Track influencer content performance and compile metrics for reporting purposes.

• Sustain creator relationships through regular check-ins, feedback, and communication.

• Assist in planning content calendars and propose community-centric content.

• Stay updated on trends, viral formats, and platform features.

• Aid in content production by managing assets, approvals, and posting schedules.

• Maintain community protocols, templates, brand voice guidelines, influencer databases, and documentation.

• Monitor community metrics and update social listening, management, and scheduling tools.

• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and client calls.

• Contribute to monthly reporting by gathering engagement data and sentiment insights.

• Report to the Director of Social Media & Content and collaborate with Social Media Managers, Creative, and Client Success teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, community management, customer service, or digital marketing; internships and relevant academic experience are encouraged.

• Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).

• Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to various brand personalities.

• Authentic empathy and a strong customer service orientation.

• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.

• Competence in managing multiple client accounts, conversations, and tasks at once.

• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and metrics.

• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high engagement volume.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand ambassador programs is a plus.

• Familiarity with platforms like AspireIQ, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or similar is advantageous.

• Understanding of FTC disclosure requirements and influencer marketing compliance is beneficial.

• Knowledge of online reputation management and review platforms.

• Experience with social listening tools.

• Background in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles.

• Interest in content creation, photography, or videography.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation or community management.

• Understanding of Canva or Adobe Express.

• An active personal social media presence showcasing platform knowledge and engagement skills.
