Community Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in delivering customer service via the brand’s social media platforms.

• Oversee, categorize, and direct interactions received through social media.

• Craft responses that align with the brand’s tone, procedures, and guidelines.

• Enhance skills in customer service, relationship building, and social media communication.

• Aid in monitoring sensitive topics and crisis situations, adhering to escalation protocols.

• Assist in preparing reports and identifying operational insights.

• Engage in the agency’s regular activities and training related to Community Management and SAC 2.0.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and TikTok.

• Excellent writing abilities, with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity.

• Basic proficiency in office tools and spreadsheet applications.

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
