📋 Description

• Develop the overarching strategy to support developers, researchers, and organizations aiming for greater control over their AI.

• Create and oversee Adaption's developer community platforms, such as Discord and forums.

• Address community inquiries, gather feedback, and transform it into actionable tasks for the team.

• Organize and facilitate meetups, hackathons, office hours, and live streaming sessions.

• Partner with developer groups, universities, accelerators, and open-source communities to co-host and enhance events.

• Highlight user projects and design partners through case studies, write-ups, and guest presentations.

• Develop automations and scalable systems to streamline community operations.

• Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

• Cultivate ongoing relationships with community members and connect individuals engaged in related work.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a community lead role, with a proven history of engaging technical users.

• Strong operational instincts; experience in creating scalable processes from the ground up and driving cross-functional projects to successful completion.

• Excellent written communication skills and experience interacting with communities via social platforms (Discord, X).

• Demonstrated experience in organizing developer events from inception to execution, including small meetups and large-scale hackathons.

• Authentic empathy for developers and a curiosity about their projects.

• Flexibility and a willingness to introduce innovative ideas.
