This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belize.

📋 Description

• Execute road elevation, culvert installation, drainage solutions, surfacing, and grading in compliance with engineering, environmental, safety, and traffic management standards.

• Perform an initial site evaluation and develop a mobilization strategy along with a work timetable.

• Create a traffic management plan and install necessary safety signage.

• Raise, compact, and surface Haiti Street.

• Install culverts and drainage systems.

• Apply erosion control and environmental protection measures.

• Provide regular progress and compliance reports accompanied by photographs.

• Engage in the final inspection alongside PACT and Belmopan City Council.

• Deliver the final report, as-built drawings, maintenance suggestions, and project handover documentation.

• Offer a technical strategy, work plan, project timeline, personnel and equipment outline, budget and cost breakdown, cash flow forecast, and compliance and risk management framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Certification or training in road construction, drainage systems, and flood management is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in road construction, drainage system installation, or similar infrastructure projects.

• Proven experience in managing projects of comparable scale, including road elevation, culvert installation, and erosion control strategies.

• Demonstrated successful completion of at least two similar infrastructure projects that include road elevation, culvert installation, and flood mitigation measures within the past five years.

• Oversight of personnel, labor, taxes, Social Security, legal obligations, and SEAH compliance.
