πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver customer support to staff, teenagers, and parents using the myBBYO Salesforce CRM and the front-end website.

β€’ Respond to frequently asked questions regarding password resets, event creation and registration, scholarship applications, and login problems.

β€’ Generate data reports and insights for field professionals.

β€’ Maintain technical documentation, instructions, and staff checklists.

β€’ Organize logistics for Community Impact meetings and events.

β€’ Complete administrative duties related to scholarships, project-based roles, camp documentation, surveys, and follow-up on regional compliance.

β€’ Collaborate with Community Impact leaders to enhance operations, identify resource deficiencies, and develop and implement solutions.

β€’ Manage the Community Impact Microsoft ecosystem, encompassing Teams channels, Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint pages, and file organization.

β€’ Assist volunteer advisor operations, which include ordering gifts and awards, coordinating recruitment, tracking metrics, fostering community through chats and newsletters, creating presentations, and managing schedules.

β€’ Aid in the design and processes of annual planning, including Community Hub templates, timelines, and distribution.

β€’ Conduct yearly reviews and audits of Community Impact forms, waivers, and compliance requirements.

β€’ Oversee regional financial activities in Salesforce, such as unpaid balances, transaction-charge auditing at 3%, ACH refunds, and event-registration reconciliation.

β€’ Support chapter financial processes involving bank accounts, cashless payments, and completion of grant forms.

β€’ Assist with financial documentation and process enhancements for Community Impact operations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years of professional experience.

β€’ An Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.

β€’ Experience working with youth or teenagers is preferred.

β€’ Previous involvement with BBYO as a teen or staff member is advantageous.

β€’ Customer service experience supporting users of CRM and website systems.

β€’ Capability to produce data reports and insights.

β€’ Ability to maintain technical documentation, instructions, and checklists.

β€’ Proficiency in coordinating meetings and events.

β€’ Competence in managing Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and file organization.

β€’ Ability to assist with financial processes such as unpaid balances, transaction-charge auditing, ACH refunds, reconciliations, bank accounts, cashless payments, and grant forms.
