This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a consultant to the Board in a professional capacity.
• Provide virtual assistance to fill open CAM positions as necessary.
• Uphold the company's Guiding Principles and ensure timely responses to all communications within 24 hours.
• Obtain and retain up-to-date knowledge of state and regulatory agency regulations, as well as community documents, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver weekly updates and ongoing reports to the Board concerning collections, ACC requests, compliance issues, service requests, and work order activities.
• Offer administrative, operational, and managerial counsel to the Board of Directors.
• Facilitate Board or Annual Meetings and produce monthly management reports with recommendations.
• Organize annual Board Orientation, Contract Review, and training workshops.
• Aid the Board in hiring contractors and insurance providers.
• Oversee vendor management, including setup, bidding, contracting, and overall supervision.
• Authorize and oversee vendor payments.
• Develop and submit comprehensive and accurate annual budgets.
• Conduct monthly drives through the community to inspect common areas and manage the violation process.
• Collaborate with accounting to maintain financial records, variance reports, and invoice processing.
• Monitor cash balances, available project funds, aging reports, collections, and legal actions.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and address their concerns.
• Attend monthly Manager’s and training meetings as required.
• Conduct business with high personal, professional, and ethical standards.
• Evaluate and resolve potential issues.
• Carry out additional job-related tasks as required.
• Candidates must reside in Florida.
• A valid FLORIDA CAM License is required.
• At least one (1) year of experience managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) is necessary.
• CAI designation(s) are highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
• Must be able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exemplary customer service.
• Capability to work independently and complete assignments within the guidelines provided, established routines, and recognized best practices.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as required.
• Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Manual dexterity to effectively use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
• Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer displays.
• Hearing and speech capabilities to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and during virtual meetings.
• Ability to function in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
• Willingness to work a standard schedule, including occasional extended hours when necessary.
