Commissions Commercial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design the commission settlement processes for the sales teams according to the current schemes.

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of settlement deliveries to the relevant departments.

• Extract and consolidate information from various sources to guarantee calculations based on clean and accurate data.

• Create reports based on the settlements.

• Address the sales team's queries regarding payment processing in line with the incentive scheme logic.

• Rigorously execute and punctually manage payment cycles, ensuring the correct calculation and disbursement of incentives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Google Cloud Platform) for database extraction and system creation.

• Ability to generate demographic and trend models using advanced Excel.

• High tolerance for detailed work, structured profile, attention to detail, and punctuality.
