Commissions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all commissions and sales incentive initiatives for Thrive regions globally.

• Enhance efficiency by automating current processes.

• Standardize programs within a commission automation framework.

• Collaborate with the Finance and Revenue Operations Departments.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of commission processes and related controls.

• Document and formalize compensation policies.

• Partner with hiring managers to document and formalize compensation agreements.

• Manage the accounting function for the calculation of variable compensation.

• Assist in the annual design and modeling of compensation plans, including proposing modifications.

• Coordinate payment processes with Implementation, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.

• Provide monthly payment reports to employees and managers.

• Deliver scheduled monthly reports detailing outstanding compensation backlog.

• Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to compensation plans.

• Investigate and resolve compensation issues and exception payment requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Exceptional grammar, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Experience in team management.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes is preferred.

• Background in quoting within the technology sector.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
