This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepares title packages and performs title research

• Records findings and manages departmental documentation

• Gathers and examines tax records to ascertain liability

• Works autonomously while also collaborating with team members

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent

• Over 1 year of experience in commercial title searching or abstracting

• Familiarity with company terminology and procedures of the search department

• Proficient in internet navigation

• Data entry and typing proficiency

• Standard skills in Microsoft applications

• Strong investigative and research abilities
