Commercial Title Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on incoming order requests and deliver precise, detailed ordering instructions.

• Address inquiries from internal customers and vendors primarily via email.

• Update the status of files within company and/or client systems.

• Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Communicate the status of files to relevant personnel.

• Oversee processes and resolve issues to meet SLAs; report any issues to internal stakeholders.

• Escalate complex title issues to the manager.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for vendors.

• Implement best practices while developing standards, policies, procedures, and management tools for vendor performance.

• Analyze vendor performance and identify trends; take corrective actions to enhance performance.

• Act as a liaison between vendor partners and the company to address service delivery issues.

• Manage vendor management programs and projects, including outlining requirements, deliverables, project plans, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate the completion of the title process and monitor workflow from searchers and vendors.

• Oversee multi-site project intake and transaction management.

• Review and validate data in order requests, production reports, vendor search work, and internal systems.

• Ensure file completeness, obtain outstanding title documents, and approve finalized files.

• Undertake special projects and provide assistance with title production support and preparation of settlement services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in title work related to property title searches, documents, issues, and complexities.

• Proven ability to establish, lead, and maintain effective working relationships.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive service attitude.

• Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems.
