📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for new commercial and business clients during the account opening process.

• Facilitate the opening of commercial checking, money market, CD, and specialized business accounts.

• Assist clients in understanding documentation requirements and help in structuring their accounts.

• Support digital onboarding communications and guarantee accurate and timely account setups.

• Aid in the setup and management of digital treasury services.

• Provide training to clients on digital platforms and tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the precise and efficient implementation of services.

• Deliver Tier 1 service and technical support for online and mobile banking platforms.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to digital banking tools.

• Monitor and respond to support queues and shared inboxes.

• Enhance call-handling performance and promote digital channel engagement.

• Offer proactive, concierge-level client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Cultivate and sustain commercial client relationships to enhance engagement and retention.

• Recognize opportunities to present additional banking solutions that align with client needs.

• Ensure that onboarding and service activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Monitor cash management activities for anomalies or risk indicators and escalate concerns as necessary.

• Maintain precise records and documentation for audits and quality control purposes.

• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and enhance the digital client experience.

• Complete mandatory compliance and IT training while adhering to bank policies and regulations.

• Investigate suspicious activities and collaborate with various departments to prevent fraud.

• Support the bank’s mission related to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or business banking, treasury management, or a comparable client service role.

• Strong knowledge of commercial account structures and treasury service products.

• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.

• Previous experience in a digital-first or remote banking environment is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of financial products and services, along with applicable regulations and laws relevant to commercial or business banking.

• Skilled in ACH and wire transfer processes, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and sweep account setups.

• Capability to quickly learn new tools and utilize technology to create efficiencies.

• Valid U.S. work authorization; the employer does not provide visa sponsorship.

• Must affirm being a non-smoker or agree to cessation within 90 days of accepting the offer.

• Completion of cognitive and personality assessments, full educational and work history verification, three conversational stages, credit and background checks, and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
