This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Execute installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems within the facility.
β’ Address service requests and efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in accordance with warranty standards and industry norms.
β’ Update the service technician supervisor and store management regarding repair status.
β’ Complete same-day work order documentation and submit it to the supervisor, ensuring accurate charge allocations.
β’ Oversee and maintain sufficient truck stock and necessary parts.
β’ Uphold service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to meet company standards.
β’ Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers, replace fuel filters, and work on fuel security systems.
β’ Conduct inspections of facility interiors and exteriors to identify safety and maintenance concerns.
β’ Carry out preventive maintenance on rooftop HVAC units, split systems, ice machines, standalone refrigeration units, fryers, and other food service equipment.
β’ Concentrate on diagnosing and repairing HVACR systems, hot-side equipment, and other designated items.
β’ Assist in the preventive maintenance program, which includes HVACR, plumbing, and other assigned responsibilities.
β’ Provide coverage for regions during periods of vacancy, PTO, or leave of absence.
β’ Respond to corporate project requests and surveys as needed.
β’ Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols for both electrical and mechanical systems.
β’ Complete service appointments, ensuring accurate notes are recorded and communicate findings with facility maintenance.
β’ Perform routine testing and calibration of equipment.
β’ Maintain clean and organized maintenance workspaces and company vehicles.
β’ Offer support during emergencies such as power outages or safety incidents.
β’ Travel more than 100% of the time.
β’ Perform other duties as assigned.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ A valid state driverβs license and a positive driving record are required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience is necessary.
β’ EPA Universal 608 certification is required.
β’ At least 3 years of recent experience in repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment is required.
β’ Basic knowledge and capability to repair commercial plumbing and electrical systems are essential.
β’ Fundamental understanding of OSHA guidelines is required.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are necessary.
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
β’ Intermediate mathematical skills are needed.
β’ Capacity to read and interpret site drawings is required.
β’ Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential.
β’ Ability to work in congested areas during business hours.
β’ Effective collaboration with internal departments is necessary.
β’ Must hold an EPA Section 608 certification.
β’ Ability to climb ladders is required.
β’ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
β’ Willingness to work in inclement weather is necessary.
β’ Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crawl, and kneel is required.
β’ Willingness to engage in company-sponsored training, including safety training.
