This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +1 more state.
• Deliver continuous Commercial Customer service, documentation, and support to the Community Capital Group for assigned accounts.
• Offer professional and efficient service to both external and internal Customers.
• Evaluate transaction structures.
• Provide administrative support and Customer service functions to Relationship Managers.
• Aid Relationship Managers in finalizing loans, addressing closing conditions, preparing closing packages, and organizing loan closing documentation.
• Upload and monitor financial statements.
• Process payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and adjustments to lines of credit.
• Assist Relationship Teams with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and the preparation and tracking of correspondence in loan information.
• Support Relationship Managers with pipeline management, loan closings, and intricate loan entries on the Bank loan origination system.
• Draft correspondence and administrative materials.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Customer service and investigate complex Customer inquiries or transactions.
• Execute Customer transactions as required.
• Engage with external Customers.
• Provide notary services when necessary.
• Assist Relationship Teams in resolving and managing exceptions.
• Mentor Commercial Sales Associates I and II.
• Contribute to recommendations for procedures and process flows.
• Create and distribute daily and monthly reports for the Relationship Management team.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policies, loan documentation and administration requirements, as well as legal and regulatory standards.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending policies and procedures, including lending authority, loan structures, risk ratings, loan-to-value ratios, and other pertinent information.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial rate changes, billing processes, reviewing transaction histories, explaining late fees, and interpreting the technical details of the loan system.
• Exceptional Customer service skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to review extensive documents for accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Relationship Team systems and software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and quickly adapt to new tasks and systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion.
