This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +1 more state.
• Deliver comprehensive Commercial Customer service documentation and support to the Community Capital Group for assigned accounts.
• Offer professional and efficient service to both external and internal Customers.
• Evaluate transaction structures and execute Customer service functions.
• Provide administrative assistance to Relationship Managers.
• Aid Relationship Managers in finalizing loans, resolving closing conditions, preparing closing packages, and organizing loan closing documentation.
• Upload and monitor financial statements.
• Process payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and adjustments to lines of credit.
• Assist Relationship Teams with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and the preparation and tracking of correspondence in loan information.
• Support Relationship Managers with pipeline management, loan closing, and other reporting requirements in the Bank's loan origination platform.
• Draft correspondence and provide administrative assistance.
• Serve as an initial Customer service contact and investigate customer inquiries and transactions.
• Engage with external Customers as required.
• Provide notary services when necessary.
• Support the Relationship Team in clearing and managing exceptions.
• Mentor Commercial Sales Associates.
• Contribute to the development and recommendation of procedures and process flows.
• Generate and distribute daily, monthly, pipeline, and loan-closing reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience is necessary.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products, credit policy, loan documentation, and administration requirements, as well as legal and regulatory guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures, including lending authority, loan structures, risk ratings, and loan-to-value ratios.
• Familiarity with commercial rate changes, billing processes, transaction histories, late fees, and specifics of loan systems.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to review extensive detailed documents for accuracy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of systems and software used by Relationship Teams.
• Capacity to multitask and swiftly learn new tasks and systems.
• Occasional domestic travel required; no international travel expected.
