Commercial Representative, Agriculture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with customers in the fleet sector, including freight carriers, rental agencies, logistics firms, agricultural enterprises, and heavy construction companies.

• Employ a consultative approach to discern customer needs and provide suitable product and service solutions.

• Oversee and nurture a customer portfolio to maintain enduring relationships.

• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure successful contract execution.

• Conduct technical visits alongside the technical team to fleet customers to uncover areas for improvement.

• Track fleet performance metrics, such as cost per kilometer, tire retreadability, and tire usage, while recommending optimization strategies.

• Offer post-sales assistance by monitoring product efficacy and customer satisfaction levels.

• Engage in promotional initiatives, training sessions, and events pertinent to the transportation and fleet industries.

• Ensure the CRM/sales system is consistently updated with the latest customer, proposal, and negotiation information.

• Work collaboratively with the technical and marketing teams to formulate strategies tailored to the fleet sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active CNPJ registration to operate as a legal entity.

• Current CORE registration with the Regional Council of Commercial Representatives.

• Prior B2B sales experience, ideally within the automotive, tire, parts, or logistics industries.

• Understanding of fleet management and key performance indicators, including cost per kilometer and tire retreadability.

• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.

• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
