This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Direct the Commercial Sales Team in adhering to sales methodologies and best practices, including effective utilization of the CRM system.
• Coach Account Executives on prospecting strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and maintaining existing accounts.
• Perform regular business reviews that encompass sales call activities, lead follow-up, prospecting efforts, and the performance of individual Account Executives.
• Address personal matters, competitive achievements and setbacks, as well as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Evaluate skill sets and deliver continuous coaching and feedback to achieve objectives while reinforcing sales methodologies.
• Offer advice on career path development.
• Identify the support needs of the team and opportunities for territorial expansion.
• Engage in recruitment and interviewing processes.
• Assist Sales Team members in managing critical relationships with principals, Customers, and Channel Partners.
• Establish processes to keep Sales Leadership updated on sales activities and ongoing progress.
• Serve as an escalation point for Customers and Channel Partners.
• Analyze customer data, pinpoint and resolve issues, devise relevant solutions, and effectively present these solutions.
• Expand the ANZ territory alongside the Sales Team and aim to meet or surpass quota targets.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a proven track record of exceeding expectations while leading teams that sell significant deals in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in presentations via phone and computer with executive-level clients, direct reports, and the Cyera Leadership Team.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), cloud security, and data risk management.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in cloud security, data sales, or AI sales.
• Basic knowledge of various data security and compliance frameworks and their implications for business value.
• Capable of teaching methods to uncover new and existing opportunities through a foundational consultative selling approach.
• Proven self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of managing multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
• Familiarity with managing CRM and opportunity management systems.
• Knowledgeable about various sales support field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead a team and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota requirements.
