Commercial Program Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders from the moment a purchase order is received through the stages of processing, delivery, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders and associated commercial documentation.

• Monitor open orders, deliveries, and anticipated revenue dates, following up on any outstanding actions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

• Assist with logistics tasks, including coordination of shipments and necessary documentation.

• Keep CRM, order, and commercial information up to date and accurate.

• Generate regular reports detailing order intake, backlog, deliveries, and revenue.

• Provide support to the sales team with daily commercial administration and internal procedures.

• Identify any delays or issues and escalate them to the relevant team or manager.

• Assist with commercial activities at month-end and quarter-end.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Effective communication skills and the capability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.

• Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus (preferred).

• Previous internship or work experience in sales administration, finance, logistics, customer service, or commercial operations is desirable.

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus (preferred).

• Basic understanding of order processing, logistics, or invoicing is advantageous (preferred).
