This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the implementation of high-priority cross-functional commercial programs by outlining project plans, monitoring milestones, mitigating risks, resolving dependencies, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Oversee execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners.
• Manage strategic partnerships by setting up governance structures, aligning objectives, fostering executive engagement, addressing risks, and supervising partnership execution.
• Create analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers to evaluate results and guide commercial decisions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for executives that outline strategic options and direct leadership and partner decisions.
• Convert commercial priorities into actionable plans with designated owners, timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
• Design and implement scalable processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Provide advice on enterprise risks, challenge assumptions, suggest solutions, and ensure alignment across high-stakes initiatives.
• Develop a strong understanding of CPH’s strategy, products, partnerships, and operating model.
• Independently manage a portfolio of commercial initiatives and partnership workstreams.
• Lead intricate initiatives from planning through execution, enhancing partnership performance.
• 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, or a similar execution-oriented role within a high-growth healthcare organization.
• Strong preference for experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, healthcare operations, business operations, program management, partnerships, or cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or a dedicated program management role is advantageous.
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience in managing relationships with external partners or customers.
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in constructing financial models, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to create executive-ready presentations and distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer-provider dynamics.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Capability to influence and drive results through organization, collaboration, communication, and execution, rather than relying on formal authority.
