This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for pricing-related inquiries and ensure the validation of submissions.
• Oversee the intake of Business Operations tickets from the commercial sector, including their categorization, prioritization, and routing.
• Organize and prepare materials for the Pricing Committee's review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect missing information and address any inconsistencies.
• Monitor the decisions made by the Pricing Committee and communicate the results along with the next steps.
• Facilitate operational approvals throughout execution, covering contracts, amendments, and system updates.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, Distribution, and Contracting teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Keep track of ongoing requests, pinpoint bottlenecks, and resolve any delays.
• Ensure precise downstream execution of pricing tables, system configurations, and documentation.
• Maintain a centralized record of pricing, contracting, and operational requests.
• Provide stakeholders with updates regarding request status, timelines, and potential risks.
• Create and uphold reporting or dashboards to monitor volume, turnaround times, and bottlenecks.
• Validate data across requests, contracts, and system updates.
• Spot discrepancies or risks and aid in upholding compliance and governance standards.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose enhancements.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Minimize manual coordination through effective process design and system utilization.
• Enhance turnaround time, accuracy, and quality of execution.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• An Associate's degree combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
• 2–5+ years of experience in business operations, commercial operations, sales support, or a similar role focused on execution.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems, particularly in intake management and data validation.
• Strong comprehension of commercial workflows, including pricing, contracting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience managing a high volume of requests in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities.
• Familiarity with the healthcare/pharma sectors (GPO, IDN, 340B, VA) is preferred.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Capability to manage complex, multi-step processes across various functions.
• Expertise in structuring and overseeing high-volume request pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of pricing workflows and downstream execution demands.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in operational outputs.
• Competence in developing and reinforcing structured, repeatable processes.
