📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to create and implement strategic and operational plans.

• Assist in the development of annual operating plans, business reviews, and performance management processes.

• Establish, monitor, and report on essential business metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.

• Analyze business performance to uncover opportunities for growth, enhance productivity, optimize costs, and improve operational effectiveness.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for executive-level stakeholders.

• Lead initiatives focused on process improvement and organizational effectiveness.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.

• Standardize business processes, governance frameworks, and best practices.

• Foster accountability and ensure execution aligns with key business priorities.

• Manage high-impact cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation.

• Oversee timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communications with stakeholders.

• Facilitate decision-making and problem resolution across various teams.

• Ensure initiatives yield measurable business outcomes and strategic value.

• Analyze complex business data and provide actionable insights.

• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to assist in decision-making.

• Monitor operational performance, strategic initiatives, and business trends.

• Convert data into meaningful insights for senior leadership.

• Build relationships with leaders and teams throughout the organization.

• Assist with strategic projects and executive initiatives as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing organizational improvements.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

• Advanced skills in presentation, communication, and executive reporting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in operating effectively within a fast-paced, international environment.

• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-based organizations.

• Background in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, water treatment, or related sectors.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and performance reporting.

• Project Management certification or formal training in continuous improvement is a plus.

• Proficiency in additional European or Asian languages is advantageous and will facilitate effective collaboration across our international business operations.
