This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Direct the North American Building & Construction sales team to enhance revenue growth, increase market share, and foster robust customer relationships.
β’ Convert Americhem's business strategy into actionable and measurable sales results.
β’ Create and nurture a high-performing commercial team.
β’ Establish and sustain a market-oriented perspective on Building & Construction opportunities in North America.
β’ Analyze competitors, material suppliers, processors, OEMs, and channel partners to uncover customer needs and growth possibilities.
β’ Assemble a team skilled in originating and advancing qualified opportunities through both commercial and technical evaluation.
β’ Develop scalable growth platforms and document segment theses, target accounts, value propositions, technical specifications, channel strategies, paths to commercialization, and replicability.
β’ Oversee pipeline management, ensure accurate CRM data, and manage sales forecasts.
β’ Collaborate with Product Management and Technology on product priorities, application development, value propositions, and launch strategies.
β’ Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing regarding feasibility, supply readiness, pricing, margins, responsiveness, and execution.
β’ Produce executive-level growth recommendations and scorecard evaluations.
β’ Collaborate with vertical commercial leaders to integrate sustainable platforms into the core business.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 7 years of progressive sales/commercial experience.
β’ Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading teams, formulating go-to-market strategies, managing strategic customer relationships, and driving growth in a B2B manufacturing, specialty materials, or industrial context.
β’ Proven ability to initiate and commercialize new business ventures.
β’ Strong relationships with North American stakeholders, including processors, OEMs, suppliers, distributors, and other industry participants.
β’ Excellent strategic and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
β’ Experience in market and competitive analysis, value-based selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and cross-functional teamwork.
