This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Lead the sales organization for Building & Construction in North America to foster revenue growth, increase market share, and nurture robust customer relationships.
• Establish and uphold a market-oriented perspective on Building & Construction opportunities in North America.
• Evaluate competitors, material suppliers, processors, OEMs, and channel partners to uncover unmet needs and potential growth avenues.
• Assemble a team capable of identifying and advancing qualified opportunities.
• Formulate repeatable growth strategies across customers and applications.
• Oversee structured pipeline management, which encompasses opportunity quality, stage advancement, timing, value, probability, resources, risks, and conversion obstacles.
• Ensure the accuracy of CRM data and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Technology regarding product priorities, application development, value propositions, and launch strategies.
• Liaise with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing for effective and scalable execution.
• Generate executive-level growth recommendations and conduct regular scorecard assessments.
• Work alongside vertical commercial leaders to integrate sustainable platforms into the core business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales/commercial roles.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of leading teams, crafting go-to-market strategies, managing strategic customer relationships, and driving growth in a B2B manufacturing, specialty materials, or industrial context.
• Demonstrated capability to originate and commercialize new business opportunities.
• Strong connections within North America across processors, OEMs, suppliers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in market and competitive analysis, value selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with a strong commercial focus.
