This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead, support, and develop the field sales team responsible for the southern half of France, which includes four field sales representatives managing key and strategic accounts.
• Provide clear guidance, enhance skills, and oversee both individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to define and execute the sales strategy for the southern region.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Establish and continually refine sales methods and processes.
• Drive customer retention and foster growth within the team’s client portfolios.
• Assist sales representatives in managing their accounts while coordinating responses with internal departments.
• Lead efforts in prospecting and acquiring new customers throughout the southern region.
• Support the acquisition of new accounts, especially major accounts.
• Monitor opportunities and provide support for high-potential deals.
• Track the team's performance metrics.
• Oversee reporting, analysis, and forecasting of commercial activities across the territory.
• Identify deficiencies, adjust priorities, and refine sales initiatives as necessary.
• Manage field sales representatives located in Bordeaux, Montpellier, Toulon, and Lyon, covering the southern region.
• Extensive experience in sales management within a B2B services context.
• Proven track record in managing and leading sales teams effectively.
• Ability to support teams, organize activities, and enhance performance.
• Comfortable working with demanding stakeholders and building long-lasting relationships with high-stakes clients.
• A business development-oriented mindset.
• Strong expertise in B2B prospecting.
• Ability to transform opportunities into commercial outcomes.
• Proficient in managing performance and analyzing results.
• Capability to establish sales priorities.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with various departments within the company.
• Annual salary distributed over 13 months.
