
Commercial Lines Client Service Manager β Transportation Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support producers and clients in managing commercial lines insurance coverage for the Transportation Division.
β’ Prepare requests for endorsements to insurance carriers.
β’ Follow up on the receipt of endorsements for existing policies.
β’ Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients.
β’ Manage audits, verifying rates, exposures, and previous premiums.
β’ Address and process cancellations and billing concerns.
β’ Communicate with staff and clients to collect information for policy modifications.
β’ Adhere to agency protocols and procedures.
β’ Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as required.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience in property and casualty servicing is required.
β’ An active General Lines or Property & Casualty License is required.
β’ CISR and/or CIC designation is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
β’ Experience with Applied Epic is preferred, though familiarity with a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.
β’ Capability to lift 25 pounds.
β’ Frequent use of sight to read documents and computer displays.
β’ Regular use of hearing and speech for communication over the phone and in person.
β’ Repetitive hand motions, including keyboarding, writing, and using a 10-key.
β’ Ability to walk, bend, sit, reach, and stretch in all directions.
