Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner via phone, email, and other communication methods.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, replacement parts, orders, and general services.

• Provide accurate details about the company’s products and the services offered.

• Maintain precise customer records and documentation.

• Support with order updates, follow-ups with customers, and service-related requests.

• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs.

• Help resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.

• Conduct data entry and keep electronic files organized.

• Ensure the confidentiality of both company and customer information.

• Represent Fix in a professional manner during all customer interactions.

• Undertake additional administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or administrative roles is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
