This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the growth of integrated video campaigns across TV, CTV, and OLV through daily account management.
• Comprehend client objectives and collaborate with planning, buying, and analytics teams to foster growth and achieve outcomes.
• Aid in both internal and external reporting, while tracking decisions and action items.
• Act as a backup to the Account leader during client-facing discussions.
• Oversee campaign performance and assist in reporting results.
• Create weekly client summaries and campaign briefs.
• Help with proformas, budgets, pacing, invoices, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Link performance and KPIs to client objectives while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain client flowcharts and timelines to guarantee timely and budget-friendly project and campaign delivery.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Participate in strategic planning and team brainstorming sessions.
• Support new business initiatives, retention efforts, and account expansion.
• Assist with audience development and competitive landscape analysis.
• Review work for precision, quality, and client readiness.
• 2-3+ years of experience in client-facing advertising roles.
• Experience supporting DTC brands in direct response marketing and performance-oriented converged video strategies is preferred.
• Required experience in linear or DRTV agencies.
• Preferred experience in converged video (CTV and OLV).
• Ability to support clients, lead meetings, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, pacing, budgets, proformas, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, service, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Capability to review work, identify issues, escalate needs, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, SharePoint, and project management tools.
• Strong client communication skills, presentation skills, and responsiveness.
• Accurate forecasting, pacing, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple in-house teams.
• Willingness to travel as required and to work extended hours when necessary.
