Commercial Lines Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee renewals for a well-established commercial book of business

• Deliver ongoing client support, including endorsements, certificates, and coverage assistance

• Work in close collaboration with producers, carriers, and internal teams

• Identify coverage deficiencies and engage in long-term risk management discussions

• Provide prompt, precise, and considerate service to clients

• Collaborate with teams to offer an exceptional boutique client experience

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance

• Must possess a current P&C insurance license in your state

• Can be located anywhere in the nation but must be available to work PST hours (8-5, M-F)

• Capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and carrier processes

• Organized, proactive, and focused on client needs

• Exceptional communication abilities with a service-oriented approach
