Commercial Learning & Development Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee leadership development initiatives, encompassing training sessions, cohort communications, ongoing activities, and learner engagement.

• Assist in the design and implementation of training programs centered around communication, coaching, analytics, peer leadership, and essential leadership skills.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, action items, and provide status updates.

• Organize training logistics, meetings, workshops, communications, and reporting tasks.

• Monitor attendance, gather learner feedback, track completion metrics, and assess program effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, internal training departments, and external vendors to ensure programs are both effective and compliant.

• Lead training calls, meetings, and workshops as required.

• Discover opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Coordinate both virtual and in-person learning experiences for US Commercial teams.

• Work together with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance leadership skills and peer leadership initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, and/or Program/Project Management.

• Exceptional skills in project coordination, organization, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and other similar collaboration/project management platforms.

• Experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings.
