
Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Diagnose and repair foodservice equipment including commercial cooking, refrigeration, and warewashing systems.
• Troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical problems.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documents.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate directly with restaurant and hospitality managers to restore equipment functionality.
• Handle daily service calls and operate independently in the field.
• Maintain documentation of completed work and repairs.
• Engage in an emergency on-call rotation as required.
• Occasionally travel overnight when necessary.
• Achieve efficiency and productivity targets to qualify for quarterly bonuses.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military technical service.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting abilities.
• Capability to work independently.
• Willingness to join the on-call rotation when necessary.
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored immigration assistance.
• Physical capability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, climb, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Preferred qualifications include commercial refrigeration experience.
• Preferred qualifications also include experience in repairing commercial cooking equipment.
• Relevant technical certifications such as EPA, CFESA, or others are preferred as additional qualifications.
• Experience working directly with restaurant or foodservice customers is also preferred as an additional qualification.
• Company service vehicle and fuel card provided.
