This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Maintain intelligence regarding market dynamics, competition, and demand to inform commercial strategies, pricing, and product choices.
• Provide insights on market sizing, competitive positioning, and account intelligence for significant tender development.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market changes, converting them into actionable insights.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and standardized reports for the Strategic Marketing & Technology division.
• Oversee win/loss reporting and discern patterns associated with successes and failures.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support both commercial and leadership decision-making.
• Perform data analysis, extraction, and visualization to facilitate reporting processes.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data, maintain pipeline hygiene, and support adoption across the commercial team.
• Manage lead and opportunity data, which includes capturing, routing, and tracking information.
• Maintain the foundational commercial data that feeds reporting and AI agents.
• Operate the market-signal and account-intelligence agents while supporting pricing and tender agents.
• Analyze customer segments, purchasing behavior, and account profitability to guide targeting and prioritization efforts.
• Assist pricing strategies through analysis of quotes, win rates, discounts, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Provide analytical support for pipeline reviews, forecasting inputs, and sales effectiveness evaluations.
• Support go-to-market strategies with target-account analysis and prioritization.
• Convert performance and market data into actionable recommendations that enhance win rates and expedite quote cycles.
• Collaborate with the director on the commercial planning cycle—conducting pipeline reviews and win/loss analyses.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the market-signal and account-intelligence agents, ensuring accuracy of outputs before distribution to the team.
• Supply accurate, up-to-date data and inputs to the pricing-intelligence and tender-drafting agents.
• Serve as a primary guardian of data quality, recognizing that the reliability of the agents depends on the quality of the underlying data.
