This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the sales process to identify customer requirements and challenges within the Instrumentation and Controls domain.
• Oversee the sales of Safety and Non-Safety I&C Systems for designated nuclear operating plants across various plant designs.
• Lead capture teams to formulate technical solutions, delivery models, and value propositions prior to RFQ issuance.
• Engage in proposal development and manage proposals throughout negotiations and contract finalization.
• Advocate for new solutions alongside Account Teams, Customer Solution Managers, and Product Management.
• Maintain the D365 Customer Relationship Management Tool for products, clients, and opportunities.
• Achieve and surpass product-specific targets, including original equipment, margin as sold, pipeline growth, and win/loss ratios.
• Direct the opportunity development sales funnel from identification to offer development and contract conclusion.
• Spearhead capture strategy, including bundling, cross-coordination of products, and target pricing and costs.
• Negotiate with clients until final contract signature and facilitate negotiations with consortium partners.
• Manage opportunity data within the customer relationship management tool.
• Lead LOA and offer processes, including stakeholder presentations and securing buy-in.
• Develop sales plans for global accounts categorized by customer and product line.
• Ensure quality inputs regarding pricing strategy and commercial aspects of LOA and offer processes.
• B.S. degree in a technical or business field.
• An equivalent combination of experience and education will be taken into account.
• Over 10 years of experience in engineering, business, or operations with progressively increasing complexity and responsibility.
• Prior experience in the commercial nuclear sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with Nuclear I&C Systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of one or more Westinghouse I&C Platforms, such as Ovation, Common Q, or ALS, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
• Capability to address technical inquiries at multiple levels and facilitate interactions between business segments and customers.
• Must comply with United States export-control regulations.
