This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections and maintenance of air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently.

• Identify and fix mechanical and electrical issues in heating and cooling units.

• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines.

• Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems while adjusting internal control systems as necessary.

• Assist in the planning and design of HVAC systems.

• Ensure adherence to City, State, and EPA regulations by keeping detailed maintenance records.

• Recognize and mitigate risks to uphold a safe work environment.

• Work collaboratively with management to uphold safety and operational standards.

• Provide expert service and high-quality solutions to commercial HVAC clients in the field.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.

• At least 6 months of practical experience with chillers.

• Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Possession of an EPA Universal Certification.

• Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat for prolonged periods, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Must have a valid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company's insurance provider.

• Basic knowledge of building automation controls is necessary.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in commercial HVAC, including RTUs, boilers, water loops, pumps, cooling towers, and air- or water-cooled chillers.

• Candidates are preferred from the greater Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania.
