Commercial Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the commercial enablement strategy, implementation, roadmap, and performance across Cookie Information, Piwik PRO, and Sheltr.

• Ensure alignment of programs, content, and priorities with commercial goals, product strategy, and brand positioning.

• Analyze CRM data, pipeline metrics, win/loss statistics, sales conversations, and customer insights alongside BI and RevOps.

• Identify performance gaps and assess revenue impact.

• Create account- and sector-specific playbooks, messaging, competitive positioning, objection handling strategies, and customer proof points.

• Direct the commercial events strategy for conferences, executive gatherings, and partner events.

• Establish event objectives and target-account strategies while measuring impact on pipeline and customer relationships.

• Transform insights gathered from Sales, Customer Success, customers, and partners into enhancements for Marketing, Product, and RevOps.

• Manage partner enablement processes, including onboarding, certification, train-the-trainer programs, co-branded resources, and sector initiatives.

• Assist in launches, new propositions, and priority segments while measuring adoption, knowledge, and field effectiveness.

• Provide customer-facing teams and partners with the tools to effectively communicate the value of marketing analytics, privacy-first data, and compliance.

• Report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and work collaboratively with BI, Marketing Automation & AI, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and RevOps.

• Possess a commercial and data-driven mindset, leveraging data to establish priorities, identify performance gaps, and showcase business impact.

• Exhibit customer-centricity and the ability to convert feedback from Sales, Customer Success, customers, and partners into actionable improvements.

• Have experience in shaping conferences, executive events, or partner events driven by clear commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrate cross-functional stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Capable of simplifying complex topics, articulating a compelling value proposition, and leading presentations and train-the-trainer programs.

• Fluency in English (C2 level) is required.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Piwik PRO or web analytics platforms like GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Matomo.

• Nice-to-have: Understanding of GDPR/ePrivacy, consent management, and data governance, or experience selling into regulated sectors.

• Nice-to-have: Experience enabling agency partners in regulated markets, including US healthcare.

• Nice-to-have: Background in supporting multi-brand portfolios, cross-sell initiatives, and commercial teams across European markets.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, or Gong.

• Nice-to-have: Proficiency in German, French, or a Nordic language.
