This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Auto and Liability Adjusters

• Organize training and professional development for adjusters

• Ensure adjusters reach their maximum potential while delivering exceptional service

• Guarantee that claims management adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Conduct investigations into claims

• Gather statements

• Assess damages

• Establish liability

• Reject claims as necessary

• Manage subrogation and litigation processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial auto liability adjusting

• 1 to 5 years of experience in a management role
